Looks like it has some parasitoid Phorid flies hanging out on its back.

Thanks! The flies were identified here as genus Myriophora: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1791168. The flies were doing more than hanging out – they caused the millipede to writhe in pain – at least that is what it looked like. My guess is females were trying to insert ovipositors.
