Pollen Wasp, maybe Pseudomasaris coquilletti? - Pseudomasaris coquilletti - female

Pollen Wasp, maybe Pseudomasaris coquilletti? - Pseudomasaris coquilletti - Female
Old Highway west of White Rock Road at about 1800 feet in the Sierra foothills, Mariposa County, California, USA
April 2, 2020
Seen in the same area and at the same time as:

Directly under caterpillar phacelia, Phacelia cicutaria, momentarily perched on a dry stem on the ground. Comparing the smaller antennae with the other image I presume this is a female and the other a male. Also I can only see 6 abdominal segments.
