Sphaeridiinae
I agree this one is Sphaeridiinae, not Cymbiodyta

re.
Next one I find I will keep for "living" microscopy. Thanks all!

Moved from Cymbiodyta.

Moved, how about this one?
Moved from ID Request.

looks like Phaenonotum.
Cymbiodyta is NOT a sphaeriidine

could you please...
look at other images of Cymbiodyta on the site. I have a feeling there may be more like this that are misplaced.

I am aware Cymbiodyta is not a Sphaeidiine, but this looked more like Cymbiodyta than a sphaeidiine to me :)

I'll move to the family level for now.

thanks!

I looked them over and most appear (to me)to be Cymbiodyta. The C. minima seems suspect but without a specimen ... I am not any kind of expert with hydrophiloids; perhaps check with Andrew Short about these.

Phaenonotum???
difficult without specimen in hand

re.
Looks good for Phaenonotum. I released this individual.
