Shasta Valley south east of Yreka in my garden, Siskiyou County, California, USA

Day flying moth nectaring on phlox cultivar and daffodil in my yard (dry habitat, 2800'). Possibly different individual on daffodil. So small that it looks like a red dot in the air with red on its ventral wings
