Aptesis nigrocincta
Was the ID I recieved in a Facebook wasp group. A European species, but there is a confirmed report on iNaturalist from Eastern Canada. Thoughts?

 
That looks correct, also per Andrei E. Humala
A. nigrocincta is apparently an introduced biological control agent known from eastern Canada. It is most likely being used to target the European apple sawfly (Hoplocampa testudinea), which is an introduced pest species known from eastern Canada since 1979.
