wasp - Microbembex monodonta - female

wasp - Microbembex monodonta - Female
st. pete, pinellas County, Florida, USA
April 30, 2008
Size: 1cm
ID please?
I think this is a female because it is not as brightly colored (although I know it may be the opposite) and it is different from the previous posted image in that this individual has forelegs evolved to dig sand.
The rest of the series shows it digging.
