Invasive Mud Dauber - Sceliphron curvatum - female

Invasive Mud Dauber - Sceliphron curvatum - Female
Lathrup Village, Oakland County, Michigan, USA
July 10, 2016
I've been seeing these things in SE Michigan for years, and didn't realize it was something interesting until recently. This appears to be Sceliphron curvatum based on the German reference (Schmid-Eggers) that was most excellently uploaded by Matthias Buck! I included a shot of the clypeus which is mentioned by Schmid-Eggers.
