Stumped with good reason. If there's anything like it in the Guide, I haven't been able to find it. I'm leaning toward Miridae, but I can't say that I'm at all certain. With luck, someone else will recognize it.

 
Diplozona collaris
Identified in iNaturalist by Wongun Kim as Diplozona collaris, so appears to be additive to the guide.
