Definitely not an ID!
But, I noticed that some of the broad-headed bugs look a bit like your bug (kind of an ant mimic?) - might want to look at their photos while you wait for Eric or someone else to give you a real ID...

Not broad-headed
This is a nymph of Closterocoris amoenus. I raised it to adulthood and there's no doubt about it.
