I believe this insect is in the Reduviidae family, is the Milkweed Assassin Bug (Zelus longipes). It is on Lamiaceae- Scarlet Sage (Salvia coccinea), Landing's Sparrow Field "Pollinator Garden Berm". It was overcast an app 71 degrees.
