Size: 3+ mm
December 27, 2017: while scattering prairie seeds, spotted stem galls on Tall Thoroughwort, Eupatorium altissimum


May 3, 2018: this wasp emerged from the single gall
May 13, 2018: found another wasp, dead
December 24, 2018: cut open the gall to a 3rd wasp, dead
All 3 wasps look alike, or at least very similar, all female
