Ephemeroptera Family & Genus Unknown - Maccaffertium modestum

Size: 11mm
Middle Patuxent River, large for a mayfly larva, appears to have distinctive trailing 1 mm long filaments at the posterior end of the 7th tergum, antennae appears to be less than 2x the width of the head, with cerci, length is 17mm.
