Phyciodes tharos
While there is a margin for error, I can't come up with a better fit based on location and appearance. Since it is a common species, odds are also very high in favor of this being the correct species.

I'm pretty convinced it's Phyciodes now
Choice of species is limited, but I'm going to hold off until I learn them better. P. phaon and P. thoros would seem most likely by process of elimination.

I'm not sure
about these. They resemble Phyciodes, but something doesn't seem "right" about that ID (though maybe it is correct??). It resembles this one:
