Capraita thyamoides?
Looks like Capraita, and possibly this one . Even has the hind femur darkened apically. But wait for Rob or others to confirm. Dillon2 shows a C. quercata (Fab.) that also looks similar. note: many of these formerly placed in genus Oedionychus
