Dytiscus fasciventris - female

Dytiscus fasciventris - Female
Oakland, Kennebec County, Maine, USA
April 6, 2020
Size: 27 mm
Crawling in parking lot. Perhaps had been attracted to lights the night before even though it was quite cool (40's F.)? I am not 100% sure of this ID. The ventral coloration appears to be quite variable. The other option would be D. cordieri, but I think this specimen does not have enough yellow on the anterior and posterior pronotal margins. 44.5560, -69.7165
