Schinia? Pyralid? - Heliothelopsis arbutalis

Schinia? Pyralid? - Heliothelopsis arbutalis
Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, Pima County, Arizona, USA
March 24, 2020
Size: ~7.5 mm TL
Found inside flower of Abutilon palmeris which has a fairly limited range in the desert southwest. When first photographed, I had jotted down Pyralid in my notes.
However, considering where it was found and the resemblance to Schinia species, that is where I focused my initial search. There do not seem to be any matches in Schinia with a pale ST area and yellow/black hindwing pattern showing on this moth. Then, just before submitting for ID, I noticed that the dark patch in the AM area does not curve back up at the inner margin as is generally the case with Schinia. So, I went back and searched Pyralidae without having any success.

Moved from Butterflies and Moths.

The MPG & BOLD specimens are closer matches to your moth than the other images in the guide. A good view of the hind-wings will help to confirm the ID.

Interesting possiblity
Thanks Bob! That is closer than anything I could find. Unfortunately, I did not collect this moth and do not have any other photos showing the hindwings.
