Miloderes sp. - Miloderes allredi

Miloderes sp. - Miloderes allredi
Paria River Valley, Kane County, Utah, USA
April 26, 2008
Size: 5.4 mm
Here's a pretty little broad-nosed weevil. I found several of these walking around on unidentified desert bush early in the morning at a temperature of 26 F! From Kissinger's work I can tell it is not nelsoni, viridis or setosus. But I don't have Tanner's description of tingi, allredi and mercuryensis. If anyone can ID it further, many thanks.
