Leafhopper - Scaphytopius elegans? - Scaphytopius elegans

Leafhopper - Scaphytopius elegans? - Scaphytopius elegans
Orlando, Orange County, Florida, USA
May 3, 2020
Size: ~5mm
Found on the side of a trash can in a public park. The guide has a photo of a very similar looking nymph: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1422758/bgimage but the adults don't look like mine or like that nymph. I want to call this Scaphoideus titanus but that's still not it.

I'm finding Scaphytopius elegans that might be it?
