I believe this mayfly nymph to be of genus Callibaetis.

Correction
From Mark Melton:

Roger,
I think you got the nymph misidentified on this one. Should be Siphlonurus sp. rather than Callibaetis sp.. Callibaetis has much longer antennae and smaller gills than Siphlonurus.
