Snout mite nymph?

Snout mite nymph?
Presidio, Dragonfly Creek, San Francisco County, California, USA
May 4, 2020
Size: ca 1 mm
Beat from Baccharis shrub and collected. Seems to pretty clearly belong to Bdellidae, I am wondering if this is a nymph since I can't see the genital papillae? Or maybe they are too small? I was surprised to read that the two dark red bumps on the lateral body are ocelli, seems like a strange place for them!
