Huge spider in outhouse
Summerfield, Guilford County, North Carolina, USA
May 9, 2020
Size: 3.5-4” diameter
I’m the outhouse. Large dark spider. Eyes caught flash. Seems to have mottled or speckled light and dark. Very large. Second pic shows scale. 1/4 mile to a small stream down hill from the outhouse.

Fishing Spider
It is a harmless fishing spider, Genus Dolomedes, likely Dolomedes tenebrosus, but the image is not clear enough to make definitive ID.
