Psyllidae Latreille, 1807

5 subfamilies, with 134 spp. in 20 genera in our area, ~800 spp. in >70 genera worldwide(1)
Food
Has a symbiotic relationship with Carsonella ruddii, proteobacteria, that assist in providing the insect with sufficient amino acids.(2)
