In Fluke and Weems 1956 this
In Fluke and Weems 1956 this keys out to M. aurinota (scale like hairs on head/thorax; mesonotal pile even; abdomen with scale-like pile; scutellum rounded apically; face black with silver pubescence/SW USA).

Martin has generally synonymized aurinota with cornellia here:
