Debris-Carrying Bug? - Ceraeochrysa cincta

Debris-Carrying Bug? - Ceraeochrysa cincta
tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, USA
May 16, 2020
I realize this is a Debris-Carrying Bug but I see some very distinctive marks and I still come up with nothing. Can you tell any more than that? It is on a Magnolia tree.

Thanks Ken
For my info, are there some that can be identified? In the middle of this I see what is happening, I think I got it.

I think some can be identified to genus...
...but unfortunately not by me. :)

With luck, an expert will eventually come along and help us sort these out.

Thanks Ken
I got a picture of a different one (different pattern) right along with it but I think I will leave good as good enough.
