Why?
Hi Bruce, I am not disputing that these images shouldn't be frassed. I am only trying to understand the reason why. If the contributor doesn't know what is wrong with the frassed images, he/she may continue making the same mistakes. After taking the time to capture bugs, photograph them, process the images, and propose an ID, a contributor should at least be told why his/her time and efforts were wasted.
Steve Lingafelter just confirmed, my tentative ID of this beetle as A. simile

THESE 3 PHOTOS ARE EXACT DUPLICATES OF ONES YOU POSTED EARLIER.
PLEASE WAIT FOR THE PROCESS TO WORK.

agreed with Salvador, below
the measurement clearly indicate they are different individuals. Plus, the arrangement of the antennae and legs indicate they are not the same images.

IMPOSSIBLE! THEY CANNOT BE EXACT DUPLICATES
They are different specimens... The latter is 25% larger than the first. If anything, this shows the size variation (or perhaps the difference in size between genders?). I have a hard time understanding what you mean by "wait for the process to work." Wait after the system deletes the images from the Frass folder? In any case, I didn't move the photos; I only asked you the reason(s) why you thought they were frass-worthy. I've been told that I can put them back where I think they belong considering that they are my images, but I will not attempt to overrule your decision as an Editor. In conclusion, the only reason you provided for frassing these images (exact duplicates) is not valid, but if that makes sense to you, then it is good enough for me.
Truly, I appreciate your work as an Editor and the many times you have confirmed or identified my submissions. Thank you Bruce!
