I am pretty sure this is Paravilla cinerea. It is pretty common in the CA deserts. I don't have specimens from that far east but there is no reason to believe it is not found there. It is a large species with mildly patterned wings, a pale abdomen and sometimes that row of dots on the tergum. Good get! It's a new species for the guide.
