Size: BL approx. 4mm
Resting on a chive stem; tried to find this in the Frit Flies, but not at all sure of that guess. All ID help much appreciated.

Based on plant, likely
Phytomyza gymnostoma
. Some of the flies in or near
Phytomyza
used to go by the name Chromatomyia, which means colorful fly.
