Resting on a chive stem; tried to find this in the Frit Flies, but not at all sure of that guess. All ID help much appreciated.

Based on plant, likely Phytomyza gymnostoma. Some of the flies in or near Phytomyza used to go by the name Chromatomyia, which means colorful fly.
