what besides aphids?

I have identified the aphids and aphid mummies, but what are the tiny white insects? They did not fly away when I shook the leaf.

The white things are the cast skins of the growing aphids, the "mummies" are parasitized aphids by tiny wasps Aphidiinae, probably Aphidius.
