based on dorsally notched left mandible; comes down to just a few species.

Badister ocularis
based on my examination of this specimen. Combination of larger size (> 5.6 mm), somewhat wider pronotum, right mandible tip oblique (not truncated) separates it from similar B. grandiceps and B. reflexus. Thanks Tom.
