Looks like some kind of sac spider, but I can't be certain.

I looked for the violin shaped mark on the back and didnt see it, but we just moved from Florida and are leery of them, I got nicked by one once but I got lucky and it didn't turn out too bad. It scared me to think these might be here too, that one of my kids might get bitten. Thanks again.
