Interesting
I guess that you noticed the aphid next to the eggs.
It is such a large mass of eggs that her abdomen must have been quite bloated before laying them if, in fact, they belong to this beetle.

I would bet on it.
I would strongly suspect the egg cluster belongs to the beetle (species) imaged here, the "false potato beetle," Leptinotarsa juncta. Nice shots!
