Small fluffy eggs on blade of grass

Small fluffy eggs on blade of grass
Charleston , Charleston County, South Carolina, USA
May 20, 2020
Size: Very small, rice like
Found during the day on blades of zoysia grass in backyard. Small, rice sized and shaped with fluffy cotton like appearance. Most laid in clusters of 10 or more.

Frassed
Moved from ID Request.

Possibly Microgastrinae…
These may be cocoons of parasitic wasps. If you like, you can cut off a clump from one of the blades, and place it in a sealed jar to see what may eventually emerge.
