Possible wasp or bee -
Nomada
Norfolk County, Massachusetts, USA
May 18, 2014
It's pattern resembles a honey bee, but it appears to have yellow legs and a red on it's back. The wings seem like a wasps wings, or even a sawfly. I am really not sure, does anybody have a clue?

Thanks!
Thank you, Ken, for the head start! I am unfamiliar with Nomad Bees so it should be exciting to ID this one.
