New note from Gayle -
"#18210 Costa uniformly pale. Three paranal cells promimal to anal loop in each hind wing. Usually difficult to see on a photograph. This is a male L. auripennis."
We would agree, so we'll move this one Tom, but feel free to disagree if the arguments are not convincing.

These 2 species are hard for me to tell apart, and both occur here.

I would lean towards Needham'
I would lean towards Needham's Skimmer for both, but without seeing the wings, I can't say for sure.
