Identification
Metallic green Agromyzinae without prescutellar acrostichal bristles.
Life Cycle
Larvae are internal feeders, mainly in the stem but also in the flower head or root; pupation occurs within the plant(2)
Remarks
This genus was erected for black-haltered species previously treated in Agromyza(2)
