It was on new growth of a camellia, and alone. I was lucky to get one shot before it flew, sorry.

Nice shot.
We have a great expert on these, but she doesn't visit often. She'll want to know what kind of plant you found your specimen on, plus whether or not it was part of a colony.

Next time, if possible, try for a side shot of the hood. Actually, you have pretty good detail on it here, but the shape is good to know.
