Looks like a decim or pharaoh
Looks like a decim or pharaoh cicada, species M. Neotredecim and M. Septendecim. Unfortunately I can’t move posts but that’s the best ID I can give you. Hope it’s enough. Also, there are 4 year off-broods, so this is most likely brood 13.
