tiny ant - Solenopsis

tiny ant - Solenopsis
Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York, USA
May 25, 2020
Size: <2mm
I plan on frassing this so I didn't want to put it on the family page. I was photographing tiny yellow ants and noticed upon review this one did not look the same - it has two clear petiole nodes and a much longer head. Unfortunately it was getting dark and I didn't use a flash so the result is horribly grainy. But I was just wondering if anyone had an idea of what it could be. To me, it somewhat resembled Solenopsis molesta but I am no ant expert, that's for sure.
If I encounter this ant again I will make a point to get a better picture. But it was the only one out of many other tiny ants that I saw.

Moved
Moved from Ants.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

If you want an ID...
...I'd suggest moving it to family. The experts (or you) can easily frass it once it's identified.

I'll move it
to Formicidae.
