Possible Recluse

Possible Recluse
Peoria, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
May 31, 2020
Size: Inch and a third across
Found this at my work today. My boss wants to know if it's a Recluse, as those are native to Arizona, and if it is one we need to have the store bug sprayed. However, it also appears that it could just be a male Southern house spider, however I thought its pedipalps would've been longer. Sorry for the blurry photo, but can anyone see any distinguishing features that could help? If it's a southern house spider, those are pretty harmless and kill pest insects, but if it's a recluse, then they're a potential danger to customers. I'm leaning towards it being a recluse because of the coloration on its back as well as the size of the pedipalps, but I very well could be wrong.
