File issues / Alternative links
For some reason, the pages are really wonky in this file, a lot of them out of order and several missing:
511-513
615 (514 missing entirely)
515-529
630-636 (530-536 missing entirely)
537-601 (602 missing entirely)
603-629 (630-636 moved above)
637-671

For an alternative, the paper is also available through Cambridge University Press. Their file seems to have all pages intact and is also machine searchable. While it's listed as a paid article, Cambridge University Press is one of the partners for the Wikimedia Library, which provides a ton of articles for free to eligible editors to Wikimedia projects (account 6+ months old, 500+ total edits across Wikimedia projects, 10+ edits within the past month, and not blocked on a Wikimedia project). It's been an invaluable resource.
