Ranchman's Tiger Moth - Platyprepia virginalis - Arctia virginalis

Ranchman's Tiger Moth - Platyprepia virginalis - Arctia virginalis
La Center, Clark County, Washington, USA
June 23, 2019
Size: 3.5 cm
Her wings folded like a moths. I thought she was a weird Mexican Tiger moth, since that was the only result on google, but dug a little deeper: https://www.insectidentification.org/insect-description.asp?identification=Ranchmans-Tiger-Moth

Chased this baby down in a field of wild flowers at my family ranch.
