Other speckled flies besides Trypetisoma? - Platystoma seminationis

Other speckled flies besides Trypetisoma? - Platystoma seminationis
Naperville, Dupage County, Illinois, USA
June 4, 2020
Size: ~7mm
Closest images I found to this fly were under Trypetisoma. However, those had yellow legs and a white dot either on the very tip of the wings or (more rarely) running along the edge. I'm seeing quite a few of these recently but "mine" have black legs, and the white dots are not placed like the Trypetisoma. What are these? (Thanks!)

It sure is - thanks!!
(Is it ok if I post it there? Or does a bug person need to do that?)
