Braconid sp ?

Braconid sp ?
Virginia, St. Louis County, Minnesota, USA
June 5, 2020
Size: Wasps: 3 mm. Cocoon: 10mm
47.58221, -92.53973. Rearing experiment results. The first photo shows a small "cocoon" that was on a blade of grass on the side of a lightly used gravel road. It was collected. The surroundings are birch-aspen-maple-balsam fir forest. About 30 wasps eclosed on 6/5/20. (I am not prepared for photography of such tiny subjects. I can provide wasps to anyone wishing to pursue this further).
