Dragonfly. Which species? - Pachydiplax longipennis

Dragonfly. Which species? - Pachydiplax longipennis
Elk Grove, Sacramento County, California, USA
June 10, 2018
At our small suburban backyard pond in Elk Grove, CA. The vast majority of the dragonflies we see here seem to be Flame Skimmers
(Libellula saturata) but once in awhile we get something different.

Moved from ID Request.

Pachydiplax longipennis
Blue Dasher

With that white face
and black 'nose' it looks rather to be Pachydiplax longipennis

Western pondhawk?
