Banasa dimiata
Common Stink Bug. The immature ones have this brown pattern on them, whereas the Southern Green Stink Bug immature have solid black.

Not Banasa.
With all due respect this is not even in the same subfamily. This is Tylospilus (formerly in Podisus) acutissimus, a pretty distinctive predatory stink bug. Neat find.

Thank you, Eric
I kept looking at the Podisus because of the shape and the brown bands on the overhanging wings, but couldn't find anything like it.
