Euceraphis
E. mucida is is the only species in the genus recorded on Betula lenta, but its tough to check characters to confirm when they're all waxy. Plus the keys in Aphid's on the World's Plants are usually for apterous adults, not alate. The only apterous specimens I can see are nymphs, so they have not developed the adult characteristics keys use to separate species. Looks like that one peeking out from under the rib might be an adult.
