Ok thanks Bill. In the Skevington et al. guide, a female P. divisus is the only member of the genus shown with the thin, split lines in the center of the scutum (against a pale mud-colored background) as seen in this individual. But the text doesn't mention that as a field mark.

 
Looking at tergite 5, it look
Looking at tergite 5, it looks like a male genital capsule and the very restricted black on the hind femur looks right for divisus and as you say there is the pale thin line between the longitudinal stripes on the thoracic dorsum. They are so difficult from pictures. I have sent it to Professor Jeff Skevington.
