Size: 3mm
Found crawling on my arm after a walk in the woods. (Snout beetles are preferable to ticks any day.)

Otidocephalini?
This looks a lot like the antlike curculionids in that tribe. Maybe Myrmex? I've collected specimens in the Amazon and Thailand and a few from North America.
