Sugar ant queen or different species?

Sugar ant queen or different species?
Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, USA
June 12, 2020
Size: ~1/2"
I found this ant crawling on my kitchen counter. We've had sugar ants in the house for a while, but this one was quite a bit bigger with a profile I don't recognize. I'm curious if this might be a queen sugar ant looking for a new place to settle or just a different species that made it inside. Thanks.
